The Bluegrass Chinese Medicine clinic offers

Jeffrey Russell and Shelley Ochs are exceptionally
trained, board-certified practitioners of classical
acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbal therapy.
They have both completed 3000 hour (140
semester units) master of science degree (M.S.) programs in the
San Francisco Bay Area, the center of Chinese medicine in the
United States.

They specialize in chronic pain, fertility, headaches and migranes,
degenerative disorders, insomnia,stress, anxiety, depression, geriatrics
and digestive disorders. Bluegrass Chinese Medicine also offers
acupuncture for smoking cessation and weight loss.
